Return Policy
I do not accept returns unless a product is damaged to the point of being unusable/unreadable. However, I do accept exchange requests, so long as you pay for shipping the item back.
An Item is "On Pre-Order"?
If an item is out of stock, or your order is marked as a pre-order, this means that you are guaranteed to receive the product the moment it's back in stock. Stock refills take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, plus applicable shipping & handling times.
